La structure et l'état général des deux balcons et de l'abri couvrant l'escalier du sous-sol étaient dégradés à un point où l'utilisation devenait dangereuse : il a fallu entreprendre la démolition, révision et reconstruction complète de l'ensemble de la structure. Treillis intimité, trappe d'accès au toit et nouvelle ferronnerie ont été ajoutés à la construction.
Structure and general condition were so deteriorated, using the balconies was becoming somewhat treacherous. The whole structure needed to be brought down, retought and rebuild. Intimacy pannels, roof acces trap and new metal work was added to the new construction.
