Le but ici était d'apporter le souffle du 21e siècle à cette résidence de Sainte-Rose, à Laval. Les nouveaux propriétaires souhaitaient une cuisine plus spacieuse et lumineuse, où ils pourraient aisément recevoir, et voulaient bénéficier d'un espace ouvert sur l'étage. La fenestration a été changée, les murs divisant les pièces ont été abattus, et l'espace entre cuisine, salle à manger et salon a été unifié par l'ajout d'un mur soufflé abritant niches et armoires.
The goal here was to bring the modern touch to the newly bought house in Sainte-Rose, Laval. The new owners wished for an open space concept, to bring a brighter and more spacious feeling to the whole floor. Windows were changed, walls brought down, and the space made of the kitchen, dining and living area connects through the furred wall housing the niches and cabinets.
