L'appartement au sous-sol, un 2-1/2 plutôt bien éclairé, ne présentait aucun caractère et disposait d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bain vieillissantes. Désirant y loger leur fils et remettre le logement en location plus tard, les propriétaires ont décidé de refaire entièrement la cuisine et la salle de bain et de revoir l'éclairage du logement. L'espace, tout de même assez restreint, a été organisé afin d'en maximiser l'espace utile : armoires de cuisine, coin repas, bibliothèque, salon, chambre et salle de bain trouvent tous leur place dans ce logement.
The semi-basement appartment, a well-lit 2-1/2 bachelor, didn't had any character to it and it's kitchen and bathroom were aging. The owners, who wanted to house their son and later put back the place on rental, decided to completely redo the kitchen and the bathroom, as well as rethinking the whole lighting. The space, somewhat a little small, was organized in order to maximize the usable space : kitchen cabinets, dining place, bookcase, living room, bedroom and bathroom all find their right place in this appartment.
